I am 6' 1" and back in Sept '07 I was pushing 260 pounds. Now I am at 216. I would like to be at 190 or 200 at most but I am having touble loosing it. I do not know what else to do. I am running, lifting weights, and eating right. I really don't want to use any "diet pills" either. Any suggestions?

i was like 240 a while ago, and im 185 right now. all i did was eliminate dairy. ate mostly fruit and vegtables, about 80 percent raw foods. and stayed away from sugar and carbs. some of my friends said fruit had a lot of suger in it and it was bad for loosing weight. i didnt listen to them, and i stil lost alot. really focus on what your putting in your body. drink about a gallon of water a day. at least.

try adding raw organic apple cider vinegar to your diet and see what happens. for more info like this join the mma advisor group.

If you are dieting and doing weights and cardio then why don't you try increase the intensity of your training...thats the only way you will see a change in your body by changing the intensity of the training. and consume a lot of protein in your diet around every 3 hours.

hell yes it has the properties of viagra. it will help speed your matabo, labido and everything else. basically watch what you eat it's the most important garbage in garbage out and add watermelon too it. keep up with your workouts and quit the weight lifting lighter weights, and more reps to loose the 16 pounds. muscle weighs more then fat so all that weight lifting will keep your weight up, not drop it. cardio instead.

oh theres a dark green bottle they sell at walmart i don't remember whats it's called. it'll clear 5 lbs out of your intestines. they use it for pre-surgy to clear it all out. the pharmacist there will know what it is. very bottom shelf dark green bottle of liquid you drink the shit nasty but works and not a band substance anywhere. all natually baby
