The weight loss is on hold until after July 26th. But I wouldn't mid hearing people training pointers to maximise my training between now and my fight.

I want to fight LHW. But the only fight that the promoters could set up to get me in title contention was a HW fight. I am still all for loseing the weight. I just need to stay over 205 for this next fight.

so 225 would prolly be a good mid point for you ... lean out some , yet stay at HW ... i think upping the cardio n plyos , yet dropping your carbs in half w/ lots of lean meat to keep your muscle mass up to stay at HW ... by the looks of your bone struture in your fight vid, 225 would be a perfect weight for you.

Beer's out then???? Beer has been my "weight gainer". Being a homebrewer sure dose conflict with my fighting sometimes. I need to product test you know... lol.
