IMO it didn't look like either of those guys were fighting to finish which is what makes great fights. It looked like they were just throwing weak strikes so they could win by a decision. Not a bad fight but not good either.

You mean like kicking someone so hard you break their arm clear through?

I agree with what Juan is saying. Ididn't have much intensity at all. I have been around MMA since the mid 90's and watched Frank fight alot he was better before than what he did there

Frank fought with more intensity backthen because all the guys he faced were primarly wrestlers or submission specialist. None of thempossessed the striking calibur of Cung to keep Frank at bay when he brought it to them. Cung is especially good at using his striking techniques to control the pace, keep his opponents at bay, and break them down piece by piece. That's exactly what he did to Frank and all of the opponents he's faced so far. No, Cung doesn't possess that brutal one-hit KO power like say Mirko, but he has enough power to take you apart little by little. And there was a couple of opportunites for Frank to take Cung to the ground that he tried to capitilize on, but Cung was able to utilize his good takedown defense. It was an all around good fight because it ended decisively, no decision.
They both fought to finish. Frank just couldn't get past Cung's kicks long enough to utilizes his punching power, and Cung always looks to finish his fights including this one which he did, along with all of his previous fights. He's a counter-striker like Chuck, he's not your typical "storm the barricades" style fighter. Like I said earlier, he picks his opponents apart and finishes them off as soon as they get so weak that they can't help but leave an opening.
