I know the questions about being a lady in fighting might get old, but it's such a unique position, and one that i really admire a lot.

Do you train with a lot of other women? If so, do you find there's a good deal of camaraderie among other women fighters?

If not, do you find it lonely?

A couple of people have asked me what I do for conditioning so I thought I would post a video our strength and conditioning coach made of my workout last Friday. It changes every day, but this is one sample workout. I look forward to chatting with you guys tomorrow.

Wow, I'm liking you more and more, you need to push the pace hard, there's now way Gina is in the kind of condition you are if she's been splitting her time up with Gladiators.

That is great Kaitlin and Im glad to see that you are getting alot more respect in your thread than Gina did in hers... Although you are adorable and funny as heck

Goddam I say!! Goddam. Whats so impressive about seeing that video is that wouldn't expect that much power to come from a person as small as Kaitlin.

Who would be your top 5 in womens MMA?

People do forget that Gina had a 12-1 muay thai record before she came to MMA. Whats your take on some of the resentment toward her from the hardcore MMA community?
