When you were on "Fight Girls," you and some of the other fighters on the show would refer to something you called "the love of the fight."   What does that mean to you now at this point in your career?  

Also, and this could be related to the first question... how do you  get yourself mentally ready for a fight?  Where do you want to be mentally when you step into the cage?

I've read a lot lately that people are really doubting your dedication to MMA since joining American Gladiators, and I just wondered if that adds any more pressure on you when preparing for your upcoming fight?  It seems like you've got a lot on your plate right now with Gladiators, the first CBS show, a tough opponent, etc.  I wish you the best and will be cheering for you on the 31st!

Hi Gina, a good fan here, just wanted to state I was impressed with your ability on the ground the last fight I seen of yours. I am guessing your still working on your takedown defense and ground game. Your striking is going to be hard to contend with for the others . So my question was. Who all have you had helping you to train for the ground game ?
